We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the continental United States and not to international locations.
When will I receive my order?
We process the orders from Monday to Friday.
Shipping time depends on your location, it should be between 3 to 7 days.
Where is my order being sent from?
It is sent from our location in Florida.
My order has not arrived yet. What do I do?
Before contacting us, please help us following these steps:
- Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no mistakes in the shipping address.
- Track your order at your local post office.
- If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office, please contact us at jewelsgoldandsilver@gmail.com with your order number. We will make every effort to assist you.
I got confused and used the wrong mail address?
We are sorry if this happened to you! However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been confirmed as delivered.
That is why we strongly recommend selecting a correct delivery address that is safe and secure.

I received the wrong or damaged product, what should I do?
Even when we are taking very good care about your order this is something that might happen.....We are truly sorry if your product has arrived damaged or if we packed the wrong one...
To solve this as soon as possible, please send an email to at jewelsgoldandsilver@gmail.com
You must do this until one week from receiving it with pictures of the damage, your order number and any other details you have about it.
Please inspect your items upon arrival!
We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible!
Returns
We understand that once you receive your package you may change your mind about your order because of how it looks on you or if the size isn't what you expected, in that case we can do a return / refund for you, but please let us know within 7 days of receipt. Only unused, unworn and in original conditions items will be accepted.
The refund will be submitted once we get the item back. In this case shipping back will be at your expense.
For items with free shipping at purchase a $3.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Your return item must be still in its original unworn new condition and in its original packaging.
